No, we do not offer email accounts. We focus on creating a fast and secure WordPress environment for our customers. This means we don't provide CPANEL or a way to run email through this server. With that said we would suggest you let the email pros manage your email needs in a secure way. We recommend Google Apps (Starting $5/user/month), Zoho Mail (Starting free up to 25 users) or Rackspace Email (Starting $2/user/month)

No, we do not offer phone support. We offer a ticket support system. If you have a question or need help we can be reached with hands-on support. Please note we do not offer general WordPress support for that you would need to use the WordPress support forums.

Yes, if your not satisfied with our services we would be happy to refund your purchase within 30 days. You can also cancel your hosting service at any time.

We don’t sell domains, so if you don’t have one already, you’ll need to take care of that. We recommend NameCheap or GoDaddy. Once you have a domain you can link it to your Kadence Hosting account by adding an A record in your registrar's account.

Currently, we just offer hosting servers for the central United States. If the majority of your users are outside the United States then you should consider a different option. We have plans to add options for Europe and Australia in the future so if you would like hosting in those locations send us an email.

We custom build each cloud managed WordPress install for the order. This means your access will not be instantaneous. Usually, you will have access to a staging URL within 24 hours of purchase but it would be much faster on a normal business day.
